Leadership Programs

Presidents Academy

CPLA is three days of intense leadership training and networking with chapter presidents, concentrating on personal and group leadership.

Leadership Summit

Leadership Summit provides an opportunity for General Fraternity Officers to meet annually to participate in high-quality training and shape the future of Beta.

Keystone Conferences

Keystone Conferences are high quality, regional education experiences focused on chapter officer development, principled leadership and volunteer training.

Wooden Institute

The award-winning Wooden Institute invites participants to share ideas, dissect Fraternity rituals, partake in challenging leadership activities and explore Beta’s history and heritage.

General Convention

One of Beta’s most cherished traditions, brothers, Sweethearts and guests will converge in Atlanta, Georgia, in August 2022 for Beta Theta Pi’s 183rd General Convention.

Leadership College

In conjunction with the General Convention, Leadership College connects contemporary leadership topics with traditional fraternal values.

UIFI

Hosted by the Association of Fraternal Leadership & Values (AFLV), UIFI is a four-day experience bringing together fraternity men and sorority women from across North America.

Virtual Programs

Amongst the greatest Beta Theta Pi traditions is the Fraternity’s ability to create a sense of home amongst its members – face-to-face or from afar. Join any virtual meetings and special events above to connect with brothers, Administrative Office staff, volunteers and industry experts on topics relevant to the Beta experience.
